From new Domestic site installations and supporting Level 2 Service Providers, then on demand, offering labour hire at Industrial, Commercial and a lesser extent high end Domestic sites.
Government Contracts with the Department of Commerce lead to exposure and requested labour supply to Mining and other Companies.

Lance holds a New Zealand Certificate in Engineering, NZCE, Control Technologies completed 1983 (Australian equivalent Associate Diploma in Electrical Engineering) at Central Institute of Technology, Heretaunga Campus, Upper Hutt, Wellington, New Zealand.
Apprenticed to New Zealand Forest Products, Whakatane Board Mills 1984. (Cardboard manufacturing and recycling, gyprock manufacturing, timber saw milling). Today owned by Carter Holt Harvey.
Lance has passion for new business concepts, especially those associated with self – development of staff and relationship building with clients.
